Very good access to this property which is located in a small pueblo of around 6 cortijos, 1 of which has been fully renovated, and one is undergoing renovation.
This 200m2 cortijo could really be a very nice family home it has 4 large double bedrooms ,lounge and down 2 steps into the kitchen which is 2 rooms. Then the cortijo splits into two lots of steps one going right and the other going left.
Go left:
Large open plan store room which leads onto a terrace.
Go Right:
3 Large stores two of which obviously used to be used for wine making as there are many antique tools there. and off these rooms there is a large stable door which leads out onto the land.
Very nice cortijo well recommend viewing.
Mains water is now available here and would cost 200 euros to connect.
Generator and solar would have to power this cortijo as electric has not yet reached this pueblo.
