On entering through the ornate wrought iron double gates there is a nice little private patio fully tiled with terracota tiles, and an outside sink,to the left of this patio area is a fully tiled bathroom with advocado suite consisting of a bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Ground floor of the house is a lounge area up two steps another sitting room of which either side of this sitting room are two double sized bedrooms.
Leading through the lounge there is a large kitchen/diner with a back door to which there is a small area.
Upstairs there is another sitting room of which either side of this there are another two double bedrooms.
The house is of good structure.
