The land is rich in olive and almond trees with irrigation water. It is steep irrigated land sloping down towards the river of Cadiar. There are two possible routes of access one is from above, an established track for which one would have to seek permission from the owner to use. The other is a 200m footpath which could be widened into a track (there are two neighbours that are already in agreement with this plan) This is wonderful piece of land for those wishing to be near the village.
